The public insider register includes the company's Board of Directors, Managing Director and auditors. Holdings and linkages of Norvestia’s public insiders are updated when changes occur. The company also maintains a company specific insider register, which includes all company personnel as well as persons that regularly receive insider information. The company-specific register is not public.
